Christine is a gorgeous soul and a gifted hypnotherapist who has helped me immensely on my healing journey. On Sunday, November 24 we will be offering 4 time slots 10am, 12pm, 2pm & 4pm. Each session will consist of a 45 minute Hypnotherapy session followed my a 45 minute Integrative Custom Massage by myself.

Harvest Spice Aromatherapy Body Wrap & Hot Stone Massage
This is where essentials oils are anointed on you and you are then cocooned in warm linens. While you are cocooned I will give you a foot and scalp massage, it is incredibly nurturing and cosy. I'm going to add this to my current treatment menu as an add on choice.
However for the next couple of month I'm going to add it into another special treatment, hence the title. An Aromatherapy Wrap infused with Wild Orange, Ginger and Cinnamon (uplifting, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and warming). Although you can use any oil you prefer. The wrap will be followed by therapeutic massage using hot stones on your back neck and shoulders. After this you'll feel able to tackle the whole world!
Come see me in my Sanctuary where autumn has arrived, candles burning and the aroma of orange, ginger and cinnamon will be in the air. You can't get more cosy than that!

Shamanic Healing
I'm excited to announce that I'm now a Shamanic Practitioner and will be offering Shamanic healing at The Sanctuary. Shamanism is the oldest healing and spiritual practice. The healing I have experienced from this myself has been life changing and transformational and I want to share this with you. It can help to deeply heal areas of your life by helping to clear energy blockages and connect to your healing guides.
Many methods are used in shamanic healing, including soul retrieval, retrieval of a spiritual ally, removal of unwanted energies, ancestral work, and hands on healing are just some of the techniques a shamanic practitioner will use on their clients. My shamanic drum, rattle and saging tools are often used during the session. I feel blessed to have been taught this powerful modality by Elaine Mckeown, my Shamanic Teacher.

Intentional Energy Healing & Massage
Healing techniques, of which there are many different disciplines, are an effective natural aid to self-healing. Drumming Massage
I've created a new treatment called Drumming Massage. During this treatment I will be using percussive massage techniques, cranial sacral work, Intentional Energy Healing and, of course, I'll be using my Shamanic Drum to drum over your body.
It's like a personal sound bath with Energy Healing. Through my intention and connection to Divine light, love, healing, peace and joy I hold space for you and work on your energetic body and your chakra system.
The vibrations act as a personal sound bath. Sound baths get your energy field back in harmony, resulting in a rebalancing of energy and an increase in relaxation. Natural Facelift Massage incorporating Chakra Balancing
A bit about Natural Facelift Massage (or Facial Rejuvenation). This massage incorporates a unique blend of highly effective techniques drawn both from Japanese Face Massage and Indian Face Massage. It also incorporates complementary techniques from Acupressure and Facial Reflexology; new therapies that are becoming increasingly popular with clients.
There are 43 muscles is the face and, just like the muscles in the body, the face and scalp can get tight and tired. Often when stressed we grind our teeth in our sleep, this treatment helps ease your TMJ as well.
This work combined with the Chakra balancing has a very healing quality that my clients are calling a "Spiritual Experience."
A Chakra Balancing Session is about balancing the Energy flow of each of the Chakras, after assessing where the energy is blocked or excessive. Energy Medicine Practitioners are trained in the art of reading, touching and healing Chakra Energy, which is sometimes called Life Force Energy.
